When does my trial start?
Your 7-day trial begins the first time you open the Inara app and log in — not at signup. Your sensors need to arrive first.
What happens after the trial?
Your subscription activates automatically. You can cancel anytime before day 7 via your dashboard and won't be charged.
How does the deposit work?
We charge $199.99 per sensor at signup. When you cancel, return your sensors within 14 days in working condition and we refund the deposit in full.
Can I add more sensors later?
Yes. Log into your dashboard and order additional sensors. New sensors get the same volume tier pricing based on your total.
What if my sensor breaks?
Get in touch at team@inara.technology. We handle hardware issues on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Month-to-month and yearly plans both cancel anytime. Yearly plans are paid upfront but can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund.
