Inara Technology Pty Ltd ("Inara") warrants the Inara sensor (model INA-V3), charging dock, and supplied accessories against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase by the end customer.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the sensor and charging dock
- Defects in the supplied USB-C cable, fabric strap, and carrying case
- Battery faults that prevent the device from charging or holding a charge under normal use
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, accident, neglect, modification, or unauthorised repair
- Liquid damage — the sensor is splash-resistant but not waterproof
- Normal wear of consumables, including adhesive electrode pads
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage from connecting to non-compliant chargers or accessories
- Devices on which the model marking or serial number has been removed, altered, or made illegible
How to claim
Email support@inara.technology with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video where relevant
We'll respond within 2 business days. If the claim is valid, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Approved claims are resolved at our discretion through repair, replacement, or refund.
Please do not return your device without prior authorisation.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is given in addition to, and does not limit, the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
