This Privacy Policy explains how Inara Performance (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you use the INARA mobile application and related services. We are committed to managing your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We may collect identity and contact details (such as name, date of birth, email address and phone number), health and fitness information (such as height, weight, workout history, fitness goals, and, where applicable, sensor data like muscle activation), technical and device information, and usage data about how you interact with the app. This information is collected when you create an account, use app features, or communicate with us.

We use this information to provide and manage the app’s features, personalise training and insights, improve and develop our services, communicate updates and app‑related news, and meet our legal obligations. We may share your information with service providers who support our technology, legal authorities where required by law, and business partners or acquirers in the context of a merger or sale. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

If personal information is transferred outside Australia, we take steps to ensure the recipient provides privacy protections substantially similar to those required under Australian law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Where reasonable, you may interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym, although this may limit some app functionality. If you have a privacy concern or wish to make a complaint, please contact us first; we will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the app and update the “Last Updated” date.
