Cleaning your sensor
Clean the sensor after each client and before storing it. Keep moisture away from ports and do not submerge the device.
- Gently wipe the sensor with an alcohol-free disinfectant wipe after each client.
- Let the sensor dry completely before storage or charging.
- Never submerge the sensor in water or cleaning solution.
- Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the housing or contact surfaces.
Battery care
- Charge before a busy client block rather than waiting until the battery is empty.
- Store the sensor in its case or a dry protected area.
- Keep the charging contacts clean and dry.
- If a sensor has been unused for a while, charge it before relying on it in-session.
